- Smart-Seam software automatically adjusts weld speed to compensate for temperature drop.
- Ideal welding parameters, electronic and mechanical, for each type and thickness of material can be recorded for
- future reference. This makes life easy when switching from one material to another.
- Exclusive ceramic heating wedge is only 1/8" (3.5mm) thick with heating circuit built-in.
- Very low profile welder. Top sheet of material only lifts off floor or table surface 1.6" (41mm).
- Easy to load and operate – Indefinite loading time means no initial "burn-out" when welding thin materials.
- Change mechanical adjustments for nip pressure, dwell plate pressure, and wedge position with a turn of a numbered
- adjustment knob. No tools required.
- Sheet overlap guides also adjust easily with no tools required.
- Welds woven-coated PE materials up to 100 feet per minute!
